Craig Kempf—CEO & Creative Director
Craig Kempf, co-founder of CK Communications, brings over 18 years of business management and marketing experience to CK Communications. His understanding of business concerns including, budgets, P&L, ROI, project management, human resources, sales, and marketing provide tremendous value for CKC clients.
A hands-on CEO, Craig handles account responsibilities for technology, professional and financial services clients including Roland Systems Group, Edirol, AJT & Associates, Premiere Theaters, Spraker Fitzgerald, and others.
Craig's professional training in video production has been utilized by Mercedes, Billy Lane's Choppers, Inc., and Swiss Jüst, just to name a few. His background in fine art and literature, combined with extensive business experience, offers a unique element to the creative team at CKC.
He is on the board of the Advertising Federation and president of Fast Company's CoF. He also serves CKC as art director, as well as handling the company's business interests.
Craig spent over seven years in management and marketing with Barnes & Noble, Inc. playing a key role in company expansion. He has written screenplays for television, displayed art work at museums and galleries across the country and is currently completing post-production on his first full-length feature. He has served as president of a successful real estate brokerage and managed a large, multi-franchise automobile dealership at the age of twenty. He has attended the University of Central Florida and California Institute of Art and holds multiple degrees in Fine Art and English.

Caroline Kempf—President
Caroline Kempf, president and founder of CK Communications, Inc., created CKC with the purpose of being an outstanding marketing resource to business and industry.
Providing a balanced perspective from her communications work on both the client and agency sides of public relations, Caroline offers clients extensive, high-level marketing and media relations experience. At CK Communications, she leads a team of graphic designers, advertising and public relations professional dedicated to dynamic and effective communication.
Previously, she served as director of communications for DEMACO, an industrial food processing equipment manufacturer, where Caroline oversaw all communications functions to a global market including advertising, marketing, direct mail, trade show participation, web site development, media relations and internal corporate communications. Her experience also includes account service responsibilities for public relations agencies including RB Oppenheim Associates, Watermark Strategic Communications and Hill and Knowlton/San Francisco, where she serviced various technology, health care and food-marketing clients.
She is a past president of the Florida Public Relations Association, Space Coast Chapter, where she received a Grand Image Award, the 2000 State President's Award for Member Retention and was named 1999 Member of the Year. Caroline volunteers her time to provide public relations support as a board member of the Zachary Project, a non-profit foundation dedicated to helping children of Brevard firefighters. She also holds a position on the board of directors at the Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast where she actively supports efforts on behalf of the technology community and the Ad Valorem Tax Abatement process. Caroline is a cum laude graduate from the award-winning public relations program at Florida State University with a BS in public relations.

Deborah Hill—Office Manager
Deb Hill, a well-respected veteran of the Brevard business community, supports CKC with accounting, managing internal processes, organizing production flow and client support. She comes to CKC with a diverse background, most notably as the Deputy Director of Admissions for Florida Air Academy. During her 17 years at FAA, Hill traveled the globe as an ambassador for Brevard County, mentoring and educating an elite group of students.

Trey Studley—Senior Graphic/Interactive Designer
Trey Studley supports CK Communications as senior graphic designer, offering clients an extensive background in print, web and multimedia design. With a passion for producing exceptional designs, Trey brings a refreshing perspective on creating well-designed pieces that garner results.
His technical expertise and creative solutions to marketing goals have been attributed to effective strategic campaigns for CKC's diverse client base.
Trey's work experience includes a demanding position in the creative services department of PGA Tour. Creating collateral for a targeted audience on a global level provided him with invaluable insight into results-focused marketing. He graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design.

Dana Leafdale—Graphic Designer
As a graphic designer, Dana Leafdale provides the design team with her extensive experience in print and retail package design. This experience, along with her background in fine art as a mural artist, gives Dana a fresh perspective on design. Her technical experience and creative marketing solutions combine to make an effective tool for CKC's diverse client base.
Dana's work experience includes being the senior designer at Case Logic, a worldwide leading designer and distributor of storage and organization solutions based in Colorado. Creating over 85% of the company's retail packaging provided her with invaluable insight into managing a brand in the design, development and production of packaging.
Dana graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design.
